Driffiting Through the Interwebs

I think fanfiction.net’s blog is on a different server since it works. I will need to check out it’s IP address and compare it to ff.net.

They added Momoko K. to the list of Ouran characters on ff.net

For those you who don’t know who she is, she is one of Haruhi’s regulars that has the triangle shapes in her hair. Her last name is Kuragano if you didn’t know that.

Edit: But they didn’t add the other regular that hands out with Haruhi.

There’s a stupid troll on ff.net.

Does anyone remember Gong of Doom? Well, they are back.

If I were to compare tumblr’s update to the update with fanfiction.net that added covers and removed blocking anonymous reviews, I believe tumblr has the worst update. BTW, people are still complaining about the changes over at fanfiction.net even though it has been months since that update.

I tell you something, the editor on ff.Net is a royal pain in the arse. I’ve just had to go through a 16k chapter and separate all the speeches. Not amused. It also lost my italics and made the whole text italic. F U.

I have had it bold all of my text. There are some people who had their whole fic underline and they couldn’t fix it.

Why in hell change the document upload font into like freaking 8 point font? Is that really necessary? Were people complaining about how big 11 point font was? Are you fucking kidding me?

Now I have to squint my eyes just to edit my stuff in the upload, and it just makes me not want to type on FF/FP anymore. =_= Way to ruin everything again, you fucking retards. 

Ugh, you are scarring me for when I upload my fics and need to correct something.

This is gonna sound like a majorly dumb question; but how do you post on Fanfiction.net? I haven’t worked it out yet and I’m seriously questioning my intelligence and ability to use the Internet.

Everything you need is in the publish tab. Document manager is the option you want to upload your documents. New Story is where you add a new story. Manage Stories is the option you want for changing already posted stories. If you need more help, just message me and I can get some screenshots for you that shows where everything is located at.

I hate fanfiction.net sometimes.

I had three story drafts saved in my documents on there and I logged on today and only two of them are there.  Both of which I have pretty much completed and just need to be beta-read so they can be edited.

My on-going Tanz fic is gone.  Though, luckily I have most of the latest chapter in a journal, so some of it has been saved, at least.

And my plot outline for my AU, multi-chapter Destiel song fic is fucking gone.

Guess which one I wanted to start working on tonight!

Edit: And why the ever-loving FUCK does tumblr never save when I put words in bold and/or italics the first time I’m posting it????

Here’s some word of advice. The document manager is not the place to put your fics at for backup or as drafts. I always have a copy of my fanfics on my hard drive.
